The child reported with mobile front teeth, bleeding from gums and wound on face. There was history of trauma to face due to accidental fall on ground while playing. The bleeding was controlled and mobile teeth were fixed using wire composite splint under local anesthesia. Antibiotics and analgesics were prescribed. After 15 days splint was removed and teeth checked for mobility. No mobility was recorded.
